Assistant Building Surveyor
A nationwide property and construction consultancy are seeking a clientfacing Assistant Building Surveyor to join their expanding Colchester team.
The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will have a varied, yet Project biased role focused on design, specification and contract administration whilst work across sectors alongside a varied portfolio of clients.
Offering the successful Assistant Building Surveyor all of the exposure and support needed to achieve chartership and the autonomy to work both individually and as part of a closeknit, friendly team.
The Role Of The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor
Design and specification
Contract administration
Defect diagnosis
Design and management of major works
The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor
12+ months clientfacing industry experience as a Graduate/Assistant Building Surveyor
A desire to achieve MRICS chartership
A clientfacing demeanour
Strong written and verbal communication skills
