CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR A SENIOR SUPPORT WORKER IN MANSFIELD.
Your main duty will be working within the children`s residential home working with children who have challenging behaviour and other mental health issues.
You must be able to provide and safe and calm environment with care and stability for the young people. You must have a passion for care and be able to provide advice when needed.
You must have level 3 in health and social care or above and have previous experience working in a residential setting.
We are looking for someone who has good experience working as a senior and knows the importance of keeping everything up to date and confidential. You must be a naturally organised person.
As these young people can sometimes be unpredictable we are looking for someone who can adapt to different situations quickly and effectively.
You will report to the deputy or manager in charge.
As some of the job will involve you driving the children to appointments etc you must have a full driving license.
