Position: Support Worker
Location: The Limes, Victoria Park, Manchester
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis throughout the year
Salary: GBP17,852 pa

About the role:

They are looking to recruit a full time Support Worker within The Limes.

The Limes provides support, accommodation and intensive training modules to help the 26 single homeless young men using the Service between 16-30 years old to achieve their full potential.

As a Support Worker you will manage a range of housing clients with complex needs through provision and /or signposting of good quality housing and support related services in order to sustain independent living.

About you:

To be considered for this role you will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent and have previous experience of Social Housing.

You will need to be creative and innovative and enjoy working in a challenging /changing environment.

You will be patient and understanding, caring and motivational, you will hold a caseload of clients and support their progress during their time at The Limes.

You will be diverse within your support, able to work independently as well as part of a team and be committed to giving each of their Service users the best possible support network.

You will be flexible in your approach understanding that you need to meet the needs of the individual.

A Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced Certificate will be required for these roles.
