"Good's In" Service Administrator
Location: Pulborough
Salary: GBP19k
Initially a 6 Month FTC to go Permanent
Hours: Mon-Thu 7am-4pm and Fri 7am-11am
Due to location you will need your own transport
Note: Please be aware that to office is relocating to Worthing in June 2018

I have great pleasure in supporting my client in the recruitment of a dynamic and well organised "Goods in" Service Administrator to join their busy office currently based in Pulborough.
Responsibilities:
* Liaising with the warehouse on incoming shipments
* Creating consignments
* Organising imports/exports through Fedex/DHL?TNT
* Filing invoices
* Dealing with paperwork issues from suppliers
* Dealing with pricing issues and order reference issues
* Entering sales and purchase data onto the system
* Progressing and chasing outstanding sales orders
* Liaising with third parties and sales reps
* Reviewing stock availability
* Responding to queries on deliveries, invoices, despatch details etc.
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* Proven sales administration experience
* Highly organised
* Great customer service skills
* Natural rapport builder
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Great time management skills
