Leeds

35 hours per week – 12 Months fixed term contract

They are looking for a talented individual to become a welcomed addition to their friendly team in their Leeds office on a 12 months fixed term contract. By keeping their Learning Management System (LMS) running smoothly, you can make a much valued contribution to their nationwide services for adults with learning disabilities and mental and physical health needs.

Who they are

Our client is a leading national charity providing support to young people and adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs.  They believe in championing the right of disabled people to live, work, socialise and participate in the community, free of discrimination and unnecessary boundaries.

Your Role

You will be responsible for the efficient administration of their Learning Management System (LMS), being the primary contact and providing effective support for users of the system.  You will also manage the relationship with the LMS provider, ensuring they are using the system to its full functionality.

About you

You will have previous experience of effectively using a Training or HR database and a high level of IT literacy, with ability to identify areas of system and process improvement or change.  You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and take pride in providing great customer service.  It goes without saying that you will be self-motivated, proactive and able to work autonomously and be great at organising yourself and your workload.
