This is an exciting opportunity to lead our client's Devon and Cornwall team as the Programme Manager.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: 
Reporting to the Operational Delivery Manager (ODM), you will be an experienced manager, passionate in your desire to ensure the highest quality of project delivery across the area with particular focus on the following core KPIs:

  • Health & Safety
  • Environmental Management
  • Financial and Budgetary Control
  • Quality of Service Delivery

The Programme Manager (PM) will advise on the co-ordination of resources and will oversee the implementation of all the area’s activities in the community and employability / training based projects. This will involve effective project delivery through planning, monitoring and financial management ensuring clients and beneficiaries are delighted with the outcomes.

The PM will provide support and leadership to delivery staff to ensure that the operations as set out in the organisation's business plan are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

The PM will be the designated safeguarding officer for your area, working along the safeguarding lead to promote our client’s commitment to safeguarding and supporting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
