Mears Housing Management is going through an exciting period of growth and we are seeking candidates that has a passion to deliver excellent customer service through being the first point of contact for our customers.

We are now seeking to appoint an Accommodation Advisor to join us in our Move Out Team in Basingstoke.

Reporting to the Team Leader of Move Outs, you will be the first point of contact for Customers, Landlords and Agents with any queries regarding serving of notices, arranging checkouts and move outs and will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers to arrange and confirm move out dates and times and any related queries.

The job entails a variety of duties including talking to Licensees of properties through the serving of notice, the move out process, arranging external business partner appointments and returning the property and keys back to agents and landlords in a timely manner. You will also instruct contractors where required to arrange for the removal of furniture.

A key part of this role is to effectively manage customer expectations and meet their needs. It is therefore essential that you possess great communication skills and the ability to remain resilient to ensure all priorities are met.

With exceptional organisation skills, you will have a track recording in delivering great customer service and will be IT Literate utilising a variety of software packages.
