• Actual starting salary for 16 hours post will be £5,853 - £6,177

A General Kitchen Assistant is required for September, 2018. The successful applicant will work alongside experienced kitchen staff in the preparation and serving of school meals at Redborne Upper School. The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a good understanding of food preparation and to hold or be prepared to obtain the required certificates in food safety.  Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are important. Experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

This is a permanent position and all offers of employment are “conditional” until Disclosure and Barring checks have been completed, qualification checks and satisfactory references have been received.
