Centre for Practice Innovation – New Struan, Alloa 
Salary: £33,444 - £38,608 

Scottish Autism seeks to promote and provide care, education, support and opportunities for autistic people of all ages throughout Scotland. 

The Centre for Practice Innovation (CPI) is our hub for sharing knowledge, developing innovative support practice, undertaking research and managing quality services both within Scottish Autism and with partners in the wider community. 

This is an exciting opportunity to join the CPI management team in the role of Practice Development Manager. The successful candidate will manage and contribute to work streams related to practice development and improvement initiatives including: 

• Embedding, supporting and monitoring all components of the “Values into Practice” model; 
• Supporting cross functional work streams within the Centre that relate to practice innovation or practice based learning and the generation of associated outputs. 
• Identifying and developing funding streams to support the remit of The Centre for Practice Innovation. 

Community engagement is important to all we do; therefore the post encompasses the management of our Advice line as well as seeking and supporting a range of other engagement activities and opportunities. 

Ideally, the successful candidate will have a degree level qualification and or/an Autism specific qualification at degree or post graduate level coupled with experience supporting individuals with autism and or their families. 

Flexibility and adaptability as well as a can-do attitude and the ability to work under pressure will be an important attribute of the candidate. You will also have strong communication and good team working skills to establish good working relationships with families, professionals and staff.
