***Graduate Academic Mentor position starting from September 2018
***1 Year Fixed Term Contract, Full-Time post at an expanding secondary school in Stansted
***Salary range GBP60-GBP75 per day - dependent on experience
***To be considered you must hold a degree of 2:2 or higher and GCSEs of grade C or above in Maths, English and Science
***Excellent training offered working under the direction of an experienced SENCO

The ideal applicant for this Graduate Academic Mentor role will be an individual with previous experience supporting either children or young people who have special educational needs, though this is not essential. To be successful in your application however, you must be an accomplished graduate who has earned at least a 2:2 in your degree and can boast a strong academic record.

To excel within this Graduate Academic Mentor position you should be a confident communicator with an empathetic approach and the ability to amplify the importance of education. The appointed Graduate Academic Mentor will be working within the close-knit inclusion team, alongside talented colleagues and an experienced SENCO, all of whom will support you as you get to grips with this position. Day to day you will be supporting several pupils in their classes, ensuring they can engage with all learning material and clarifying any misconceptions.
