Working on behalf of a leading performance consultancy you will be based at the Toyota Academy, Burgh Heath, Epsom and join a team of trainers and administrators responsible for delivering across a broad curriculum of non-technical training to the Toyota and Lexus network.

We are looking for someone who is solutions orientated with a flair and enthusiasm for being proactive and seeking ways to create efficiencies and improve quality through enhancing processes and exploiting available software

The Senior Administrator (Quality Analyst) Role Purpose: 

To take overall responsibility for:


+ Accurately forecasting existing network demand and ensuring business planning and capacity, matches training resource
+ Ensuring that Academy systems operate efficiently and effectively and are fit for purpose
+ Regular compliance tracking of the Toyota and Lexus GB’s Retailer Network to support the career development of Centre Sales, Technical and Aftersales staff. 
+ Through Kaizen, continuously improving and documenting processes, procedures and systems to ensure a better service to our Network and TGB Stakeholders.
+ Acting as a Super User for Academy’s training portal, Connect, taking responsibility for its data integrity and proactively monitoring, identifying and resolving any related issues, to ensure the smooth running of the Academy. 
+ Preparing accurate and timely management reports for Toyota Stakeholders detailing the Academy activities and performance against its KPI’s.
+ Producing ad hoc reporting as requested by Toyota, Lexus and TFS Stakeholders.
+ Liaising with relevant IT stakeholders to identify new developments and report on the impact to/consequences for Academy operations.
+ Partnering with the relevant business representative/s to plan and manage projects as agreed with Programme Manager.
+ Producing invoicing reports for training courses and associated fees.
+ Collating Academy revenue, analysing any variances, forecasting revenue and invoicing the network for training.
+ Ensuring the Academy Connect system is updated with any new or amended curriculums/certifications. 
+ Ensuring the Academy administration team are kept updated and trained in the use of the Academy systems.
+ Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks when required by the Programme Manager to assist the administrative team.

Package:

+ Salary – on application
+ Permanent Contractual terms after successful 3 month probation review
+ 37.5 hours per week
+ 24 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays
+ Workplace Pension Scheme
