Housingrecruit.com is advertising for  a Leasehold Officer on behalf of our client, a leading social housing provider based in Liverpool.

They are looking to recruit a Leasehold Officer for a 12 month fixed term contract, to provide a high quality service to the Groups leaseholders. The role is based in Liverpool and will require travel, including to the South East.

The Leasehold Officer will provide a high-quality service to the Groups leaseholders, ensuring that they are managed in accordance with the terms of their leases, legislation and regulation and best practise. You will lead in the setting and preparation of scheme service charge budgets and year-end accounts including presentation of budgets and accounts of residents meeting. You will lead in monitoring of scheme budgets v actual expenditure ensuring early intervention to prevent expenditure deficits, and be conversant with relevant leasehold legislation. The successful candidate will have experience of delivering a first class customer service preferably in a leasehold environment, and will be willing to travel.
