Are you from a collections/recovery background or have experience in speaking to customers over the phone?
My client is recruiting for a Collection Advisor to join their thriving contact centre based in Northampton town centre.
They are looking for someone that has come from a similar background either in collections, contact centre or a customer service based role.
The role is dealing with both incoming and outgoing calls and speaking to customers to take payments and arrange payment plans.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a great team, in a central location and earn uncapped commission.
If you put the work in the company will repay you with great support and training and staff nights out!
Salary £18,000 - £21,000 (dependant on collections experience)
+ £200-£1000 per month uncapped commission so you have the potential to earn MORE!
Town centre location. Parking on site for drivers.
Mon - Fri (9AM - 3:30PM / 3:30PM - 9:00PM) + 1 Saturday/Sunday a month
Please note; they do work on a rotational shift pattern which will include some evenings and weekends. Please only apply if you can commit to shift patterns.
