Case Manager x 2
Our client is a well known and established RSL who are looking to recruit 2 Case Managers. One of the posts will be on a permanent basis and the second post will be for a 12 month fixed term contract.The Case Managers will be responsible for managing a combination of mixed tenure property types delivering a responsive, efficient, high quality and customer focused tenancy, lease and case management service. You will be managing queries and cases in relation to matters arising out of rights and obligations in a resident's tenancy or lease. You will be working in partnership with residents and the Local Authority consulting with them on a wide range of issues including Anti Social Behaviour, Safeguarding, Successions and Tenancy Fraud. You'll use your positive and innovative approach to meet tough quality standards and drive constant improvement in customer service.The successful candidates will be focused, professional and organised and be confident in managing stakeholder relationships. You will be advising people and resolving complex issues so you will have experience in dispute resolution along with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
