We are currently expanding and have an exciting opportunity for someone with an interest in property to join our team, based within the heart of woking.

Founded in the 80's, we are a family run company specialising in looking after real estate & high end investments for our clients both within the UK and abroad.
Working as part of our small team of 4, you will play an integral role in acting as the backbone to our busy UK based office. We will support you with our in house training across all areas to enhance your knowledge and expertise, giving you the opportunity to build and develop on your skills within property.

You will be supporting the sales, lettings and accounts departments within varied and unique role, involved with all aspects of the letting process while working alongside the sales team.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated with good common sense and strong communication skills. This role is for an organisation person who is able to work well to deadlines, be resourceful and able to resolve issues that arise.

As a bare minimum;
- Must be prepared to deal with potentially difficult situations such as rent arrears in a firm yet polite manner
- Must be IT literate in particular in MS Office
- Must be able to work off own initiative
- Be prepared to travel to and from London regularly
- Be prepared to assist colleagues in other departments where required
- Knowledge of lettings would be advantageous although a genuine interest and desire to learn would also be considered

We are offering a competitive annual salary £16,000 - £19,000 (£8 - £9) 28 days holiday pay (inc. BH`s). Due to the continued succession within our company, there is long term progression opportunity for the right candidate.
