Job Title: Workforce Capability Specialist - Digital Learning Specialist - User Experience

Overview:
You will be joining the Capability team, which is made up of Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Internal Mobility and Leadership Planning & Development. Your new team is focused on improving the employee experience by making our services easier to access, therefore enabling people to understand the range of products and initiatives. You will assist with the production of E-learning, the management of apps and algorithm based learning tools and the ongoing evolution of the digitalisation of learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with the Curation and Informal Learning Lead and Head of Digital Learning to define the Experience Curriculum strategy
- Initiating forums that cover a cross-section of employees to crowd source learner feedback
- Working in partnership with the Curriculum Curator to feed recommendations into the maintenance and continuous improvement of products
- Collaborating closely with Digital Learning, Connect2Learn, Leadership, HRIT and Enablement Teams to drive improvements
- Building and maintaining a strong network across Divisional and Regional teams
- Consulting on various technical initiatives, reflecting the learner-centric view to influence product development in addition to critically evaluating products before adoption and release
- Building and maintaining a learner experience map that showcases an integrated range of development options
- Project managing various streams of activity, including communications and risk management in addition to undertaking ad hoc Capability project delivery
- Developing knowledge of external market and advances in learning/learning technology
- Developing an understanding of the suite of products across capability and looking for opportunities to align the user experience beyond those directly in the remit of the Digital Learning Team
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge, question and influence appropriately
- Substantial analytical and problem solving experience
- Appreciation and understanding of trends in learning and learning technologies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisation, prioritisation, consultancy and advisory skills
- Capable of working well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
- Willing to take initiative, strong attention to detail and an ability to multi-task
- Experience of Project Management and Change Management would be beneficial
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programmes
- German language skills would be highly advantageous
