An Excellent opportunity for an Experienced Service & Breakdown Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join as well-established company!
The Company:
They are an established Mechanical & Electrical services company who are looking for a Service & Breakdown Plumbing & Heating Engineer to carry out planned and reactive works and projects works. The work will predominantly be located south of the M4, Hampshire & Wiltshire.
You will be required to work on a variety of commercial and domestic contracts across the region providing a high level of professionalism and customer service to clients.
The Role:
Plumbing & Heating Engineer
- Reactive calls to commercial plant rooms – pumps / pressurisation units /AHUs / calorifiers etc.
- Work in properties (within a commercial environment i.e elderly persons home) to include rads / TRVs / cylinders / HIU’s etc.
- Boiler servicing/Breakdowns/Installations.
- PPM / reactive / and project works so a variety of work to be had.
Required Experience:
- Plumbing & heating engineer
- Valid CSCS
- Planned & reactive maintenance experience
- Hold up to date ACS Gas Ticket
- Hold up to date LPG & OFTEC Cards
- Ability to work on own initiative and plan own workload
- Service & breakdown experience: 1 year
- Driving licence
