This is an opportunity to join a busy contract packing company based in Needham Market, Suffolk, working for a variety of business sectors including pet food, horticulture, bird food, fishing baits and household products.
They are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to become a welcome addition to their friendly but busy team.
You will need to be an effective communicator with administration experience and an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office. You must have excellent organisational skills, self motivation and the ability to multitask and prioritise your workload, as well as the ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
The successful candidate will take on a range of duties including:
- Managing diaries and appointment bookings for directors
- Meet and greet visitors and arranging meeting rooms
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the correct departments
- Arranging travel, refreshments and accommodation for Management Team
- Purchasing and procurement for all departments including consumables
- Organising courier collections and outgoing post
- General administration duties for Management Team
