About you:
An excellent communicator with a proven track record in project management, you will already work in a fast-paced office environment. You'll have at least 12 months' of project management experience and strong admin skills
Team-focussed, you'll display a strong work ethic - and share their desire to help their small company grow, so you can grow with them.
You'll be able to meet tight deadlines, display an air of zen-like calm under pressure and have the ability to manage your own workload.

About the role:
Alongside recruiting respondents, you'll manage a team of fieldwork co-ordinators and recruitment partners, making sure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Besides the day-to-day telephone recruitment, interviewing and group interview scheduling, the project manager will liaise directly with clients, running a number of projects at any one time.
You'll also be doing a bit of event management to make sure all participants arrive and take part, as well as handling logistics such as venue booking and catering

Salary:
£24 - £28,500
Pension:
1% employer's pension contribution
Annual Leave:
25 days per annum pro rata plus bank holidays
Bonus Offering:
up to £2,000 per annum (plus additional ad hoc bonuses)
Hours of work:
37 hours per week
