This research recruitment agency offers something really special, here in their sunny Brighton offices by the sea…

They are very proud of what they have achieved. The company has tripled in size over the last three years - and they are still growing! They are now on the hunt for more brilliant people who share their passion for research recruitment to join them for the next part of their story.

Do you relish a challenge, hate being micro-managed and want a job you can really feel passionate about? If so, you'll love it here just as much as they do.

They want to hear from hard-working, friendly, ambitious people who are interested in joining the team. If that sounds like you, cast your eye over the following vacancies…

The ideal candidate will be zen-like under pressure, able to meet tight deadlines and have strong admin skills. You'll work in a fast-paced environment already and have at least 6 months' experience in a phone-based role.

A hard-worker, you'll share their desire to help their small company grow, so you can grow with them.

But besides being willing to roll up your sleeves, you'll be a positive person with a good sense of humour - someone they will love to welcome into their small team.

Other boxes our dream project coordinator should tick are…

Microsoft Office literate
Team-focussed
Flexible and pro-active
Excellent communicator
About the role:

Working closely with their project managers, you'll turn around a raft of projects to tight deadlines. You'll manage your own workload, and no two days will be the same.

You'll have a target - the number of respondents you book in to research projects - with monthly bonuses linked to performance.

After the induction period you will take ownership of all project-related admin tasks, putting together daily updates that your project manager will feed back to their clients.
