They are currently looking to recruit an Electrical Site Supervisor to join them to manage and supervise trade operatives and sub-contractors in the most profitable and productive way possible.

Quantifying and ordering materials to assist the trade operatives to carry out their duties effectively, you must identify repair work not attributable to normal wear and tear and take photographic evidence and when necessary and effectively supervise Trade operatives and sub-contractors in accordance with the organisations HR policies and procedures.

With a minimum of 4 years’ experience as an Electrician in addition to a recognised Electrical Apprenticeship, the 17th Edition I.E.E.Wiring Regulations, a valid ECS card and asbestos awareness certification, candidates must have experience of working on the maintenance of domestic properties preferably within a social housing background. A City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent qualification is preferable but not desirable.

As well as a competitive salary and a generous holiday entitlement, they offer a range of benefits for a rewarding career including a health cash plan, pension scheme, child care vouchers and staff discount club membership. They’ll also make sure you get the training and benefits you deserve.
