I am recruiting for a Head of Information Security on behalf of a national financial services company who are looking for someone to design and implement information security policies and procedures across all business areas whilst helping drive the company to have a more proactive approach to information security. This is a great opportunity for someone who is currently in a senior manager position looking to make that next step in their career. Head information security

You will report directly into the Chief Information Security Officer and have a dotted line to board.

As the Head of Information Security, your key duties will include:

* Developing & implementing information security policies and procedures
* You will be responsible for the client's ISO27001 compliance in certification
* You will act as an SME providing advice to the business in addition to their 3rd party suppliers
* You will provide quarterly reports and attend committees

Essential requirements and knowledge:

* Professional certification i.e. CISSP, CISM or equivalent experience
* 5+ years experience in a senior management position
* Experience managing a team
* Key stakeholder management and the ability to influence
* Good working knowledge of ISO27001 principles
