An exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to join the team and experience a variety of roles and skills within the Lettings business.
Key activities will include:
- Travelling to and working from different offices as required
- Liaising with and shadowing various departments including Front office, property management, tenancy progression and client services.
- Answer incoming calls
- Applicant care in line with company procedures
- Visiting properties available to Let
- Registering applicants on the phone and walk ins
- Meet and greet people entering the office
- Shadowing, arranging and carrying out viewings
- Efficiently deal with Landlord and Tenant enquiries
- Prepare new properties for marketing including ordering details as required
- EPC's and floor plans - order and insert EPC's and floor plans on REAPIT
- Liaising with photographers regarding appointment
- Arrange photography with LLD,TT, photographer
- Prepare window cards
- Liaising with the OCR teams
- Processing / approving office invoices including photography, leaflet distribution, advertising, tenant referencing
- Add new properties and pitches
- Creating PDF and print details
- Market Share - weekly market share, highlighting properties on with other agents to Lettings Manager and producing weekly report of market share
- Marketing - produce and organise mail drops and flyers in conjunction with the Lettings Manager
- Marketing collateral - ordering and updating stock
- Marketing- maintaining marketing folder of what has been sent, where, roads, response etc

- Pitch Packs
- Post - sorting and franking daily
- Producing and distributing property lists
In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.
Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate must be highly motivated and keen to learn. Experience is not essential for the role, as there is a great training program in place for the right candidate. The candidate will be well presented and confident in dealing with clients both in person and over the phone with excellent communication and organisation skills. Must be a team player but also able to work on their own and use their own initiative.
Own car and full clean UK driving licence required.
