Job description

LoveLocalJobs.com is looking for an experienced and highly driven Marketing Coordinator to join the team in central Brighton.

LoveLocalJobs.com is a multi-award winning and established brand with over 7,000 clients and extended marketing reach through online and offline brand marketing. We work in partnership with businesses, local authorities, universities, colleges, schools, charities and community groups to create and promote local pathways into jobs and training.

You will be required to generate leads and support initiatives across the region via value add marketing with measurable RoI for both businesses within the Group.

You will be working alongside an energetic and driven team. You will be passionate and committed to getting things done while always placing the company and client at the centre. You will be naturally enthusiastic about delivering value add marketing solutions.

Key Role Requirements:

  • Leading on email marketing campaigns, continually improving emails and implementing best practice
  • PPC and online advertising
  • Developing SEO and measuring accordingly
  • Updating and continually improving both websites from a marketing/sales perspective
  • Utilising Google Analytics to provide insight and recommendation for improvements
  • Managing outsourced creative and content providers
  • With outsourced content writers, reviewing content for the website, emails and blogs
  • Day to day management and utilization of all Social Media channels, increasing engagement across the company
  • Measuring, tracking and reporting on all digital marketing campaigns (email, website, and social media)
  • Providing recommendations from reports and managing implementation of any actions
  • Managing and manipulating data, working on best practice around permission and preferences
  • Contributing to, and implementing marketing ideas, plans and strategies
  • Supporting Operations Executive with planning internal meetings and events
  • Competitor research and analysis
  • Keeping up to date with current digital trends, seeking new ways of doing things by evaluating new technologies

Person Specification:

Experience:

  • Ability to develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
  • Social Media Marketing
  • PPC ad management and SEO
  • High level skills with Google Analytics and ability to monitor trends, interpret data and create reports
  • Ability to work with suppliers on marketing plan
  • Basic video editing skills
  • Great use of initiative to perceive what is necessary to get a job done
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Can do, positive attitude
  • Ability to juggle a varied workload across two businesses
  • Having a good eye for creative copy
  • Excellent grammar and writing skills

Some local travel and attendance at meetings and networking events will be required as part of this role.
