We are now looking to recruit an 3-5 PQE Associate to join our Commercial team in Birmingham. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES DLA Piper's Commercial practice combines legal knowledge with deep sector experience and a can-do approach covering the full spectrum of commercial and business law issues. When it comes to multi-jurisdictional transactions, our worldwide presence and experience managing sophisticated cross-border commercial deals sets us apart. As an Associate in our IPT team you will support our clients with a variety of matters from structuring their supplier relationships and guiding them through the complexities of commercial contracts to outsourcing and technology. SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES Candidates who have between 3 to 5 years PQE, are likely to have the right level of knowledge and have gained the right level of experience needed to be able to undertake this role.
