Head of Fundraising
This is an amazing opportunity to drive growth at an organisation with a well defined international programme and case for support. We are looking for a brilliant relationship developer to work with highly engaged trustees, developing networks and visiting projects to maximise income. The salary is negotiable, upwards from GBP50,000. Basic information for the role is outlined below, but please call for full details. Initial management of a team of three, looking to grow to six and beyond Income mix of institutional (including EU and DfID), trusts, events, major donor, individual giving and legacy International travel at least twice a year to visit projects, with additional donor trips as required Working with a highly engaged board who organise events, introduce influential contacts and open doors Experience required: Hands-on major donor fundraising Solid knowledge of high value fundraising Financial reporting and senior management exposure, or the ability to step into that space Board and trustee influencing requires gravitas and the ability to network with senior stakeholders In the first instance, please send your CV.
