Senior Sales Negotiator / Manager
We are a progressive, fast moving estate agency with a strong emphasis on the high end sales of investment property. A significant cut above your high street agency, we present the cream of London real estate to a loyal and growing international clientele. To meet the demands of an influx of new business, we are expanding and looking to add a high calibre Senior Sales Negotiator to our team. The role will put you front and centre of our brand, making you the first point of contact for both sellers and buyers. You will also have a strong knowledge of London, particular SW Central, and be experienced in completing accurate valuations
It is important that you have previous experience in an Estate Agency environment, be well presented, confident and a strong track record in sales, It is essential that you have a minimum of 2 to 3 years in Residential Property Sales experience, as we will not consider applicants without this. You will be a self-starter, able to assist our marketing team with lead generation and have a positive, can-do attitude.
For the position of Senior Sales Negotiator, we offer a generous starting salary of between GBP20,000 to GBP25,000, 10% to 15% commission, performance bonus, company car and every tool you need to achieve your targets.
For the positon of Sales Manager, we will offer a significant package based on your skills and experience, which will be discussed at interview.
