Passionate about great places to live, our client is a major provider of housing, regeneration, support and commercial services across Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire.
 
They now have an opportunity for a Head of Supported Housing to join their Leadership Team on an FTC basis for 13 months.
 
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will lead the Supported Housing Team to provide an effective and efficient housing management service to residents in supported housing projects and a support service to those in need. Ensuring the delivery of the Groups Supported Housing Strategy, you will seek out, appraise, gain approvals and submissions of support contracts and you will be the lead member of staff on Safeguarding.
 
As Head of Supported Housing you will also have direct responsibility for the Group’s supported housing workforce therefore we are looking for an experienced Manager with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
 
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and will have solid experience in supported housing along with a good understanding of housing related guidance and legislation. With budget management experience, you will have a proven track record of improving performance, managing change and delivering results.
