Resourcer/Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Guildford - Up to £23,000+commission

We are currently working with a specialist Recruiter within the Pharmaceutical sector based in Guildford; due to their continued success, they are now looking to onboard a Resourcer to join their fantastic team. You will start out as a Trainee and learn from the best!

You will be working alongside highly successful Consultants to source potential candidates for roles within the Pharmaceutical, Clinical/Material or Health & Safety industries. Due to the type of roles you will be sourcing candidates for, it would be ideal if you have a degree level qualification in a Science related or similar topic, however this is not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Resourcing suitable candidates
- Advertising jobs
- Screening candidates
- Providing administrative support
