Production Coordinator, Print and Graphics Company based in Coventry, £16,700 Full Time Equivalent.

Based in Coventry, we are proud to be a local, family owned digital print and graphics company. Our vision is to continually help small-medium businesses attract new customers and to maintain repeat custom with the use of printed graphics.
We are a small but busy office; therefore, we are looking for the right candidate to help deliver the service we pride ourselves on. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and will be happy to adapt to the needs of the business daily.
The Role:
The production coordinator shall ensure the client’s needs and expectations are met by managing the client’s requests from beginning to end.
The core tasks will include the following:
- Answer incoming customer calls, emails and social media messages
- Manage online Company presence through social media
- Process orders made online
- Update order progress with customers and job tracking on our in-house system
- Create quotes for customers (including creating proof files) and follow up on previous quotes
- Send customer invoices and take payments
- Prepare artwork for printing
- Operating production equipment
- Producing customer orders
- General office and machinery maintenance
- Stock taking and purchasing
- General office administrative duties/cleaning duties
- Full training will be given for all areas
Production Coordinator Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Excellent customer service skills via telephone, email and face to face
- Clear communicator both written and verbal
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
- Minimum grade C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths
- Strong IT Skills
- Experience in the use of Social Media including Facebook and Twitter
- Confident in independently working
