Production Operator

As part of the production team, the Production Operator’s role will require you to carry out production tasks and operations in order to process, produce and pack a wide variety of cable management products, whilst working to work specifications and achieving the required quality standards. You will set and operate manufacturing equipment and carry out a range of manual operations, including weighing, packing and cutting to process the products, along with performing in-process product inspection tests, identifying and reporting any issues, and developing your skills across production to promote flexibility within the business as required.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous manufacturing experience and be able to demonstrate an awareness of safety requirements. You will be quality conscious and have knowledge of BS Standards. We are encouraging applications from reliable, hardworking and self-motivated candidates with a good level of literacy and numeracy.
Alternating Shifts (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm, Monday - Friday)
