Customer support Advisor
Immediate interviews available for Customer Liaison officer required on a temporary basis for a 6 months assignment but with the potential for the role to be extended.
The organisation is on the outskirts of the Nottingham City centre on public transport links. The team are very supportive and encourage cross training where possible.
The role will involve answering calls and making calls to customers, helping them apply online/completing a digital application on their behalf, processing their claim, and replying to email correspondence. You will need to be able to liaise with all different people with all levels of ability, so you will need to have patience and strong attention for detail and can take calls whilst making accurate notes and have a team player with a can do attitude. Training will be required and will be conducted over 2x days.
Recent call centre experience is a must! The role is an ideal springboard into working within the public service and would be a good addition to any CV. The role is conditional to successfully clearing a DBS check and would be expecting to start on the 05/03/18 so you must be available.
The pay starts at £7 and will then increase to £9 after 12 weeks and will include other benefits, including pension and paid holiday including bank holidays.
