Job Role - Direct Sales - Self Employed OTE GBP45 - GBP60K
Hours - Rotated 5 over 7 days as per Venue Requirements (only 1 in 3 weekends usually Sat)
Area - Working across the UK within 60 Miles of your location or Hotels covered if over 60 Miles. (Shopping Centres, Supermarkets, Airports, Markets, Shows, Exhibitions, gazebo pitches)

BRC Promotions is an industry leading fundraising agency promoting charitable lottery subscriptions based in Stockport operating in venues nationwide. Established 9 years ago we have grown and developed partnerships with some of the most well- respected best known charities in the UK.
We are looking for professional, ethical and motivated individuals with exceptional people skills to join our current successful established team. . This is not your conventional "sales" job; we pride ourselves on being the most ethical and professional fundraising specialist in the market and we would hate to be called "pushy."
Reporting to the Venues Manager and typically working in a small team of two in our diverse venues portfolio, your main duties and responsibilities will be:
- Managing the stand at the venues, attracting and interacting with prospective supporters.
- Having great conversations with people- discussing the charity you're representing, explaining what the fundraising goes towards and the benefits of the charity lottery.
- Signing up high quality supporters who have a personal connection to the cause and completing subscriptions using our secure PDA system.
- Liaising with our friendly and professional sales support team.
- Representing our clients proudly and professionally- you are the face of that charity.
You will work predominately Monday - Friday, adhering to shopping centre hours but some flexibility is required for our more unique venues. There is the expectation that you will be scheduled to work one Saturday in three.
Our fundraisers are most important roles in our organisation, so the right "fit" is vital. Previous fundraising, direct sales, venue sales, door to door canvassing or face to face sales is essential. Above this, it's who you are as a person. We need you to be charismatic, friendly, passionate, and an engaging communicator.
As this is a venue based role, you need to be physically able to be out on your feet for the duration of the day and a driver's license is essential.
