Their Contact Centre is at the heart of what they do, offering expert advice to Members who call in. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to join an organisation that values their customers and always has service at the forefront of everything they do.
This is a varied role which will give you the opportunity to work on a number of complex calls about different pension schemes and queries. You will help their Members through what can be a difficult and challenging time and therefore, it’s essential that you have a calm, professional communication style and are naturally adept at explaining complex issues in a clear and engaging way.
Customer service experience is essential for this role and they’re especially keen to hear from those candidates who have either worked in a Contact Centre or financial services. You will need to thrive in an environment that requires absolute dedication to the customer and whilst this is not a sales role, they do have clear service levels that need to be met.
