We are the leading private ultrasound company in Bristol and are we are looking for a unique individual to take on the role of Scan Buddy in our clinic.

You will liaise between the sonographer and the client.

We are looking for an individual with confidence, charisma and ability to build strong rapport with our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

• Set up scan room
• Greet clients
• Liaise via telephone and email with clients regarding appointments and/or directions
• Explain services to clients including latest prices
• Ensure necessary paperwork is signed before any scan is performed
• Take payment before scan
• Introduce sonographer prior to scan
• Organise paperwork
• Make up post scan sales
• Organise petty cash and daily transaction sheet. Keep up to date record of all sales.
• Maintain stock control, ordering all scans accessories and consumables.
• You will also be a key holder, responsible for opening clinic and its day to day presentation, including set up and pack up where necessary
• Cover for weekday Annual Leave may be required occasionally.

Job Location:      Mothercare, Eastgate Retail Park, Bristol BS5 6XX

Days/Hours:         Every Saturday 9.30am - 4.30pm and every Sunday 10.30am-4.30pm.

Hourly Rate:        £10.00 per hour.

Qualifications:   No formal qualification necessary, an outgoing friendly personality will be a great advantage.
