Operations Manager - Pensions
Our client, a leading insurer, is seeking a talented pensions operations manager to act as an independent control over transactions of the business, supporting trade capture and risk mitigation to ensure bookings are an accurate reflection of business risk.
In this key role, you will perform operational reviews and audits of processes and calculations whilst being involved in compliance and complaints management.
In addition, you will take responsibility for the coordination and implementation of key strategic initiatives.
A self-starter, the successful candidate will be a creative thinker who can work to strict deadlines and who is confident in communicating with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Previous pensions experience is essential, as is a strong understanding of risk management and control principles.
