Working Well Trust has a turnover of approx. GBP1million. We run a range of different activities, funded through a variety of income streams; generating income through our social enterprises, contracts with the local borough and grants from other trusts & foundations. We're looking for someone who has proven experience of dealing with charity accounts, and is keen to engage with the complexity of our finances. Responsible for the day to day running of the finance function, you will enjoy working with figures from basic bookkeeping duties right up to the production and presentation of year end accounts. AAT or part qualification is an essential requirement for this post. Your capacity to adapt and assume responsibility for all aspects of the role, as well as providing clear and timely management accounts to the director and the board of trustees. Experience of computerised accounts and Excel is also essential. We are a small team who work closely together even though we are based over three sites. You will be expected to build effective working relationships with service users, staff, customers, suppliers, funders and trustees.
