Our client, a Housing Association, provides supported housing to around 400 customers as well as a care service with in excess of 2,000 customers per year. Service Development Manager
Salary: GBP35,000 per annum
Based: Billericay, Essex
This is an exciting opportunity to work within their Care and Support Team to help shape their future. They are looking to grow as well as provide market leading care and support. This requires a Service Development Manager to understand the external environment and create opportunities that meet their mission. They are also committed to continued improvement and value for money within their services, therefore the ability to assess, review and manage change is crucial.
Experience of working in a care and support environment is advantageous, and a proven track record of service development and bid writing is essential. Equally important is a passion for excellent customer services and a track record of bringing consistent improvement to services. They have recently invested into their software systems and are welcoming colleagues with a passion for using their digital platforms to be agile and effective.

A full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle is vital for this role.
