We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join the sales support team based in Tamworth, Staffordshire. Reporting to the Sales Office Manager, the successful candidate will work with members of the customer service and sales team ensuring that all administration duties are resolved in a timely manner.

We are Speciality Products (inc Lubricants, Adhesives, Abrasives & PPE) division of a leading $10 billion global distributor of speciality consumables, food ingredients and chemicals serving the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and manufacturing industries.

Sales Administrator Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

+ Ensuring effective and accurate sales and site administration.
+ Ensuring all sales ledger queries/pricing issues are resolved in a timely manner.
+ Complete Credit requests, log and distribute complaints accurately on the complaints database system.
+ Compliance to all Company procedures and legislative requirements. 
+ Run, Review and communicate service level reports for the Customer Service team

This role is for a confident and outgoing individual ideally with administrative experience in a sales environment. You will be targeted with accurate and timely administration of key tasks. You will strive for excellence in customer satisfaction and in accuracy of information.

The successful candidate will be have strong numeracy skills and be an excellent communicator at all levels. It is essential that you are self-motivated, focused, flexible, numerate, possess excellent organisational and IT skills, and that you have a track record of delivering work on time.
