Waddington Brown are proud to be working in partnership with an award winning, leading name in the Cambridge market on this key appointment to the role of HR Business Partner. Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Business Partner will provide a pro-active, professional and comprehensive HR service to their specific client area. Responsibilities will include:
- Advice & guidance on all areas of employee relations, providing support where necessary
- Coaching and developing managers on people issues
- Providing advice on organisational design matters
- Providing input to the HR strategy
- Deputising for the Head of HR when required
- Undertake projects as and when required
- Manage the reward process for the client area ensuring consistency across the organisation
- Design and deliver workshops, inductions and training sessions
A confident HR professional with in depth knowledge of employment law, you will ideally be MCIPD qualified with a strong attention to detail and a flexible and positive attitude. Strong relationship building skills are essential as is the ability to work in a fast paced demanding environment. Due to the client area you will be supporting, a strong manufacturing background would be desirable.
