Medical Receptionist- West London- £18,000-£24,000 (dependant on experience)
A private Clinic on Harley street is currently looking for a Medical Receptionist with experience working as a front of house member within a private clinic.
The job will entail:-
- Meet and greet practice guests warmly
- Answer and transfer inbound calls and taking relevant messages and passing these on in a swift manner.
- Setting up consulting rooms and closing up at the end of each day.
- Maintaining the reception/waiting area.
- Scheduling appointments for patients.
- Enter and maintain data in the patient management system.
- Generate invoices and collect payments.
- Keeping a log of all payments made.
- Offering beverages to patients in waiting.
The Ideal candidate will possess:-
- A background in a front of house role within private practice/practices.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Ability to multi- task and remain calm under pressure.
- An ability to remain discreet and compassionate.
