Brook Street in Newport is looking for a new consultant to join our well established and welcoming team.
The current vacancy is on our Temporaries team where you will have responsibility for developing and establishing new business relationships within the South East Wales area in order to place temporary workers in to both long and short term roles.
A background in recruitment is not necessary but you will have to be able to demonstrate an ability to successfully sell our recruitment services in to a wide variety of businesses in the area both by phone and face to face and build lasting business relationships
A successful recruitment consultant is tenacious, resilient and has great persuasive skills; we quite like a good sense of humour as well
We offer a structured 12 week training programme and as our team have years of experience there is always someone to ask or advise at every turn.
If you thrive on working to targets, loves being busy, are self motivated and are not fazed by the unexpected then recruitment could be for you.
