Distinct from conventional thermostatic showers, digital showers have become enormously popular thanks to their ease of installation, compatibility with all types of domestic plumbing systems, intuitive functionality and more recently, green and water saving features.

In addition to designing and developing ground breaking shower technologies,This company has in recent years successfully launched ranges in both electric showers and bar-valve variants. magnificent sales growth through this new product development program and an increased promotional campaign has begun.


Customer Service is a vital part of the business, setting strategic objectives to ensure our customers receive exceptional service. The team consists of highly skilled individuals who provide technical information to our customers and ensure needs of our customers are met, whether in or out of warranty.

Working in our Contact Centre, you will provide our customers an efficient and friendly service. You will handle enquiries from customers, update databases and resolve situations effectively. Our aim is to provide lifetime care for our customers.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

" Provide customers with an opportunity to refresh their shower by selling Fixed Price Repair and other appropriate post sale packages
" Provide customers with an excellent level of customer service
" Offer appropriate sales solutions to out of warranty customers, offering all alternative sales packages and associated labour call outs
" Making a high number of outbound calls each day ensuring maximum opportunities are achieved
" Meeting sales and performance targets set
" Maintain customer records by updating information on company database
" Comply with processes and procedures to ensure that a high standard of service is achieved to both internal and external customers
" Cover in other areas of the Customer Service Department when needed
" Input registration cards returned from our customers
" Actively participate in call coaching sessions
" Any other reasonable duties as required
