Customer Advisor - npower
Starting Salary £17,467 (OTE's £100 pm), increasing to £19,909 once you're a fully effective advisor!
We're recruiting passionate customer service advisors to join npower's Financial Solutions team, at their state of the art call centre in Houghton-le-spring. Don't worry you don't need to know anything about energy as full industry training is provided. All you need to demonstrate is that you have a passion for customer services, and the necessary skills to be a trusted and dedicated customer advisor.
