Salary: £15,742 - £16,321

Contract Type: MATERNITY COVER, Full Time, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, Fixed Term until 28/01/2019 (Flexible Hours will be considered)

We are currently recruiting for a Projects Administrator to join our Projects, Grants and Partnerships team here at South Devon College, on a fixed term basis to cover maternity leave.  You will be responsible for working with team members and colleagues across College to support project delivery, participant paperwork, claims and maintenance of a robust audit trail.  The post holder will also be responsible for providing administrative support to the Friends of South Devon College charity.

The ideal candidate will need to hold GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent), and have relevant customer service and administrative experience.  You will need to be able to deliver a high standard of customer service and care, be confident in speaking to a range of people and have good time management skills.  While this post is being offered on a full time basis, flexible hours will be considered for the right candidate.
