This company is the holding company of an expanding private healthcare group offering state of the art services in assisted conception and women's health. The group is now one of the UK's leading providers of fertility and women's health services.

They are seeking a Personal/Executive Assistant to provide an administrative support function for the Scientific & Managing Director.

The role will include typical PA duties such as diary management via Outlook, organising travel arrangements, creating Powerpoint presentations, managing expenses, meeting and greeting visitors and dealing with correspondence. Therefore previous experience in a similar role is essential.

In addition to the traditional admin responsibilities this role will also involve providing cover for and working closely with the HR department so a background within a human resources function is essential.

As well as having previous admin support experience at executive level within a corporate or commercial setting, the successful candidate will have the ability to interact in a creative and intellectual manner, have an outstanding work ethic and excellent written and spoken English. They will be immaculately presented, personable, well spoken and have excellent organisation skills. As this post involves dealing with commercial and personal sensitive information, discretion and confidentiality is of up most importance.
