This role will lead and manage the HR function, recrutiment and people management processes to ensure they meet the requirements of the business, are up to date and legally compliant. The role will provide business focussed adivce and support on a range of HR and employemnt issues, Including employee relations and engagemnet, performance, absence management and rewards and benefits.
Responsible for line and performance management of the HR Co-ordinator and the Recruitment Co-ordinator. The Department is supported by an HR administrator who reports to the HR Co-ordinator.
Salary starts at £48,000.
You will have 25 days holiday + 8 statutory bank holidays
37 a Week, Monday to Friday.
