A fantastic children's charity is looking for a CRM Manager to join their team! You will be responsible in leading the implementation the Income & Engagement CRM systems and looking to develop the long term strategy. Key Responsibilities: - To effectively manage the CRM team to make sure they provide guidance and advice to the rest of the organisation- To work on projects to identify business requirements, as well as running all data analysis and complex SQL updates - To provide policy advice to different departments to make sure to make sure best practice is adhered toThe Candidate: - Must have significant CRM management experience, ideally within a charity environment - Must have experience with complex SQL queries and performing large data updates - Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to a range of audiences If this sounds like a role you would like to hear more on please get in touch ASAP!
