Procurement Analyst

My client is seeking to hire an enthusiastic and motivated Procurement Analyst to join the team, working in a Greenfield procurement environment.

The function of the role will be to assist the Category Managers by;

Analysing spend data across all commodity groups, identifying vendors who are supplying to multiple entities of the business

On-boarding suppliers into the business

Streamlining the preferred supplier List, rationalising the supplier base where required

Setting up a contract database

Conducting due diligence for new suppliers, including, companies house checks, Credit Checks, Tax Evasion Checks

This role will suit candidates with 3 years' experience as a Procurement Analyst/Officer and or with a combination of Procurement & Finance analytical experience - good excel skills required.
