Location: (London South West Region- Based in Surbiton).
Contract: Permanent
Hours of Work: 40 hours Per week
Salary: GBP37,500 per annum

Organisation Context

Our client is a large and local Association working across the London Metropolitan area. The vision of our client is that it transforms communities so that all young people can belong, contribute and thrive. Our client emerged from the coming together of four separate Associations. The group is largest in Europe and one of the largest providers of supported housing in London and beyond providing a safe place to stay for over 1,200 residents each night. As well as accommodation, education and training, the Association is focused on the transformation of communities through its Health and Wellbeing Centers, including an outdoor swimming pool and a wide range of Children, Youth and Family programmes including nurseries, after school clubs and soft play centers. The organisation has been through rapid expansion and now has the need to expand its HR services. They are therefore looking for Senior HR Business partner to join the HR team that provides a range of generalist HR expertise to the Area Directors and Managers.

They are looking for MCIPD qualified HR professionals or those that can demonstrate relevant equivalent work experience within a complex and multi-site organisation. That experience should include working within an HR team as generalist advisor or Business Partner. You will also have the ability to communicate clearly and to adapt your style of communication to needs of the audience.

Annual Leave
Commencing at 30 days per annum plus public holidays
